Golf

Our beautiful and challenging 18-hole golf course features 6,623 yards of golf from the back tees for a par of 72.

The course rating is 72.4 and it has a slope rating of 138 on bent grass. The course was originally designed by Gerald C. Roby and has undergone many USGA approved upgrades since the club opened in 1964. The gently rolling terrain includes several water hazards.

While the course may be challenging, our pristine and unparalleled practice facilities enable you to prepare and improve your skills with grass-tee driving range, multiple-greens short game and putting areas.

Our incredible teaching staff is headed by PGA pro Jason Caron and his wife Liz (LPGA Golf Professional) and our assistant pro is Matt Livolsi (PGA professional instructor). As a member, you’ll take lessons from top PGA talent and earn significant discounts on golf equipment and clothing in the Mill River Pro Shop.

Throughout the season our membership participates in a full calendar of member tournaments such as: men’s and women’s Club Championships, Ryder Cup, match play, various holiday themed events, Sadie Hawkins, and fun nights like ‘9 & Dine.’ Our ladies participate in interclub competition and we have a thriving ladies golf program for both 9 and 18 holers. Our member-guest tournaments are the highlight of the season. Our junior golfers are active in clinics, camps and Junior PGA play.
